That the surface water generated by the propose extension shall be discharged to an infiltration trench as shown on the drawing 2446-01.rev.PL. The Applicants are solely responsible for acquiring rights or permissions necessary to connect to or increase the discharge into, or to build over, or divert, or to ensure adequate capacity is not exceeded, or otherwise alter any private drains which are not in the ownership or control of the Council or Irish Water.
